Spa massage for reducing stress and relaxing. 60 minutes to 90 minutes.

Swedish Massage

Soothing and relaxing approach for stress and tension reduction.

Reflexology

Massage to relieve tension and loosen muscles and bones in the feet which promotes youthful suppleness, flexibility and agility.  Rubbing specific reflex points supports healthier function for organs and systems throughout the body.

Hydro (Hot/Cool) Stone Massage

Melt your cares away with the healing warmth of this comforting therapy.  Restorative hot, warm or cools stones seep in to mend tissues and nurture souls.

Myofascial Release

Mostly a dry massage approach that separates dense muscle tissue and surrounding fascia with slow deep elongating strokes.

Trigger Point Release

A technique that addresses especially tense tissues that have developed a central point that triggers a referral sensation in a distant spot and is a key point to releasing the area.
